Admission Requirements: For adult students interested in beginning or completing their undergraduate degree, the Vineyard Place Biblical Seminary offers flexible educational opportunities. Students seeking to enroll must complete an online admission application and submit proof of a standard or advanced high school diploma, or a high school equivalency certificate.
The Bachelor of Divinity degree is a 120 semester hour program, with the first 60 hours being completed at the Associate’s level.
The reason that Bachelor of Divinity is used as a degree meant to lead into earning a Master of Divinity is due to the fact that many denominations in the Christian faith require 7-8 years of study in Divinity or other theological subjects in order to become ordained, which these degrees are primarily used for.
For those that want to continue study after having graduated with a Bachelor of Divinity, a Master of Divinity is the next step to take.
The program is designed for pastors and teachers who desire to understand the theological under girding of the Christian faith through the study of key doctrines and biblical books.
The Th.B. program is the most popular program for experienced pastors desiring an undergraduate degree through VBS and has an exceptional record of acceptance within the Christian world. Students may complete the program at their own rate of pace. The program is very accessible to both full-time, busy pastors, layman, etc with all courses being available through the VBS Education Formats.
